Brian was born and raised in San Diego, California. He graduated from Mount Carmel High School in 1995 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration with an option in Criminal Justice from California State University, Chico in 1999. After graduation he moved back to San Diego and two weeks later married his high school sweetheart, Peris. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in December of 2002 and was admitted to the California Bar in June of 2003 following which he established The Law Office of Brian P.Simpson. He and his wife have the honor of raising their two daughters who are third generation San Diegans.
Prior to becoming an attorney Brian worked on the beaches of San Diego as a lifeguard for nine years. Brian was actively involved while attending CSU Chico. He worked as a resident advisor, a Community Service Officer for the Chico State Police Department and volunteered at the Community Legal Information Center (“CLIC”) by representing disabled individuals at administrative law hearings to received Social Security Disability benefits.
Brian is a devoted husband, father and surfer at heart. His family attends Maranatha Chapel in San Diego and when he’s not attending to clients needs he can usually be found with his family at the beach, a baseball game or out enjoying the sunshine that draws so many people to southern California.

Brian was admitted to the California Bar in June 2003. He is licensed as an Attorney and Counselor to practice law in all Courts within the State of California and was admitted to the United States District Court by the Southern District of California.

Fees for services are determined on a case by case basis. The firm undertakes representation on hourly, contingent, flat fee and retainers bases depending on the nature of the representation.
